PCCI NOW ACCEPTING ENTRIES FOR THE 2015 ALFREDO M. YAO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AWARDS

The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) recognizes the significance of appreciation and application of locally-developed and socially-relevant intellectual properties and to support its development and commercialization. In cooperation with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines and the Department of Science and Technology, the Alfredo M. Yao Intellectual Property Awards (AMY IP Awards) was launched in 2009. 

The AMY IP Awards is conferred to Filipino inventors, entrepreneurs, and students with intellectual properties that have contributed or have the potential to contribute to economic development and social awareness by way of developing innovative and creative new products and services that will make doing business productive and economical. The AMY IP Awards also gives a platform for intellectual properties to be presented to potential investors to propel their commercialization.

Individual, group of individuals, or an individual or group of individuals within or in collaboration with any school, university or Higher Education Institution (HEI) in the Philippines with patentable intellectual property are invited to send in their entries.
